PRE-QUALIFICATION NOTICE INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF PROVIDERS FOR SUPPLIES, SERVICES AND WORKS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2017/2018, 2018/2019 AND 2019/2020

Law Development Centre has allocated funds and intends to apply part of the proceeds of these funds toward the cost of the pre-qualification exercise.

  1. Law Development Centre now invites suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed prequalification bids for the provision of goods, services and works as indicated below;

  1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.
  2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 8:00am – 5:00pm.
  3. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 7(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000/=. The method of payment will be by Cash at the Accounts Office, Finance department at Law Development Centre.
  4. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(c) at or before11:30 am on 20th February 2018. Late bids shall be rejected.
